Booking & Payments
• Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable booking fee (typically 25% to 50% of the service cost) is required to secure all new appointments.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash and major debit/credit cards. Note that some electronic payments may incur a small processing fee (e.g., 3%).
• Balance Due: The remaining balance for each session is due at the time of the appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Notice Period: A minimum of 48 to 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment without additional penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a late fee (often 50% of the service total).
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Grace Period: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may be subject to a late-cancellation fee.
Health & Safety Standards
• Sterilization: We utilize only single-use, sterile needles opened in the presence of the client and disposed of immediately in medical-grade sharps containers.
• Sanitation: All treatment surfaces, including chairs and tool stations, are disinfected with hospital-grade solutions between every client.
• Eligibility: Clients must be over 18 years of age, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and must disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to treatment.
Pre-Care & Aftercare Compliance
• Adherence to Guidelines: Clients must follow all provided pre-care (e.g., avoiding alcohol/caffeine 24 hours prior) and post-care instructions (e.g., no sweating or washing the scalp for 5 days).
• Impact on Results: Failure to follow these instructions can negatively impact pigment retention. Additional sessions required due to poor aftercare will be charged at standard rates.
Privacy & Legal
• Data Protection: We collect personal information solely for treatment records and communication. In accordance with 2026 data privacy standards, we do not share your information with third parties without consent.
• Consent: A signed informed consent form is required before any procedure begins, documenting your agreement to the risks, benefits, and aftercare requirements.
